Terms and Conditions To confirm the reservation we request payment of 30 % payable by cheque to our UK address or bank transfer to our UK bank within seven days of booking. The balance to be paid to our local manager in Marrakech on arrival - in sterling, Euros or Dirhams. We maintain the right to retain any deposit paid in the event of cancellation of the a booking. Our local manager in Marrakech will liaise with you about directiions to the riad or arrangements for you to be met at the airport.
The maximum number that can be accommodated in this two-bedroomed property is four adults and cannot exceed this. Damage A local charge will be made for any damage incurred to the contents of the house during the occupancy. Problems and difficulties In the event of problems or difficulties during your stay you are asked to take these up with our local manager as we cannot accept responsibility for resolving these once you have left the property. We ask that visitors please show respect to the neighbours of the property, which is situated in a traditional residential area. This would include moderation in the volume of music and respect for the privacy of others living nearby. |
